At TriFit our core principles are Strength, Stability and Stamina. We specialise in Pilates but also cover 1:1 Personal Training, Small Groups and Bootcamps. We apply Pilates principles throughout our work and believe exercise should be fun for everyone. By promoting the connection between body and mind, we make exercise a positive experience that supports and enhances your lifestyle.

 

Our classes are designed for everyone, from beginners to the more advanced. We always offer exercise alternatives and modifications, so you’ll never feel left out or not challenged. Together, we make a deep connection with the postural muscles that support us and power our movements - the engine room of the body. TriFit will introduce you to a new way of thinking about fitness.

If you have never tried Pilates I strongly advise you to do so. It's an inclusive and liberating form of exercise that adds value to you and your ability to complete any task, from simply improving mobility, to helping you achieve your goals in virtually any sporting discipline.
